• Upload images that violate copyright or contain illegal content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or attack the service.

2. Limitation of Liability

ytthumb.app is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for:

• Inaccurate search results (YouTube owns that data).
• Loss of uploaded images (they're never stored).
• Service downtime or quota exhaustion.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

3. No Professional Advice

ytthumb.app is a visual comparison tool only. It is not professional advice. We do not guarantee that thumbnails will improve your video performance. Your success depends on many factors beyond design.

4. Uploaded Content

• You own all images you upload.
• By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive license to process and compare them for your preview.
• We do not store your images or claim ownership.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to upload the image.

5. Refund Policy (Beta)

ytthumb.app is currently free while in beta. No refunds apply. When we launch a paid Pro tier, refunds will follow a 7-day money-back guarantee.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

7. Service Changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes.
